We prefer you submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal. Please login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your tenant portal, please get started below.
Once you submit the written request, we will assign the work to a local company. You should have the repair completed or have communicated with the contractor we assign within 48 business hours.
What you can do before submitting a request:
Change Filters Monthly- To keep your air conditioner and heater working efficiently and properly, clean or change the filter every month. For replaceable filters, use the correct size which is usually marked on the side of the old filter. You can purchase a new filter at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes or any store that sells them. Keeping the filter clean should also reduce the cost of your utility bill.
Air Conditioning or Heating Not Working- Please clean or change your filter first. Also, check your circuit breakers to make
sure that none of them have tripped. The best way to check the breakers is to turn all of them off and then turn them back on. If your problem continues, then please submit a work order.
Jammed Garbage Disposal- Please check the reset button on the bottom of the disposal by pushing it in. If you have an allen
wrench, try turning the blades from the bottom of the disposal. Do not attempt to put your hand or any tools inside the disposal.
